BOOKING

Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Deposits apply toward your total balance.
Remaining balances are due in full on the day of your session, prior to the shoot.
 
 
Rescheduling
Clients are allowed to reschedule one (1) time without penalty.
Additional rescheduling requests will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your session.
If full payment is already made then you have up to 2 hours prior to shoot.
 
 
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be returned or applied to future bookings
 
 
Session Timing
All clients must arrive ON TIME for their session.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, late arrivals will result in time being deducted from your scheduled session.
The session clock starts at the scheduled session time, not upon client arrival.
 
 
Studio Requirements
If a studio is required for your session, there will be $100 studio rental fee unless client has book and covered all associated costs for a studio of their choice.
If you’ve found your own studio, please confirm your studio booking details with us at least 48 hours before the session.
 
 
Editing and Delivery:
Please familiarize yourself with the photographer/videographer’s editing style prior to booking. Your photos and videos will be edited in a manner consistent with this style.
Editing Requests: Clients will receive final edited images as per the package agreement. Additional edits or retouches requested after delivery may incur additional fees.
Final edits will be delivered within the duration stated on your package following the session. Time starts when you choose your photos. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Clients may not alter or edit final images/videos (e.g., applying filters) without prior consent.
 
 
Travel and lodging
$1.00 for every mile outside of the Mansfield city limit when booking your own studio, event, or outside shoot.
Weddings and Major Events: The client is responsible for covering all travel and lodging expenses for the videographer, which must be arranged and paid in full no later than one month before the wedding date. FAILURE to do so will result in the booking being cancelled.
 
 
Additional Guidelines
Guests: Only essential individuals (such as parents for minors or a stylist) are allowed at the session. No large groups unless pre-approved.

Outfits: Clients are responsible for providing their own wardrobe and props unless otherwise discussed. Plan ahead to maximize session time.

Weather Conditions: For outdoor shoots, cancellations due to weather will be determined by the photographer. In such cases, a reschedule will be provided at no additional cost.

Behavior Policy: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during a session will result in the session being canceled without refund.
 
 
No-Shows
If a client does not show up to their scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
A new booking will require a new deposit.
 
 
Copyright and Usage
All images and videos produced are the copyrighted property of Fine Print Photography. Clients may use the final images/videos for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes only.
Raw files will not be provided. Proofs and full catalog will be provided as JPEG.
Credit to Fine Print Photography is required for any social media or public sharing of the work.
 
 
Liability Disclaimer
Fine Print Photography is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session. Clients assume all responsibility for themselves and their belongings.
 
 
Content of photoshoot
At Fine Print Photography, we strive to maintain a professional and family-friendly environment for all of our clients. As such, we do not accept photoshoot requests that involve provocative or boudoir-style clothing, including but not limited to lingerie, nudity, or sensual attire. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold these standards.
